Dr. Rutkofsky has undergone extensive training beginning with his undergraduate and post baccelaurate studies. Dr. Ian Rutkofsky achieved his Doctor of Medicine from the International American University College of Medicine in Vieux Fort in St. Lucia. In 2022, Dr. Rutkofsky accomplished his final years of residency as Chief Psychiatry Resident at HCA in FL.
Dr. Ian Rutkofsky is a Certified Professional Fitness Trainer from the Cooper Institute in Dallas, Texas, with a passion for exercise science, and fitness training. Dr. Rutkofsky serves as faculty and Professor of Medical Research at the California Institute of Behavioral Neurosciences & Psychology.
