I am a board-certified psychiatrist practicing in downtown San Francisco. I offer psychotherapy, medication consultation, at-home mental health evaluation, and guided meditation sessions. After training in psychology at Harvard University, I received my medical training at the University of California, San Diego. I completed my internship and psychiatry residency at the University of California, San Francisco, where I pursued research in mindfulness and technology.

Dr. Gardner received his undergraduate education at Princeton University, beginning 15 years of training leading him to become one of the most unique endocrine/psychiatric specialists in the nation. He is a compassionate physician whose goal is to help you achieve balance, whether it's an endocrine issue, a psychiatric issue, or both. If needed, a complete neuroendocrine evaluation is initiated and includes the appropriate hormone tests to rule out an endocrine cause for depression, anxiety or chronic fatigue. Most importantly, Dr. Gardner's focus is on the whole person as an integrative psychiatrist.

I care for patients from the paradigm that mental and physical health are so strongly intertwined that one may not fully achieve either without striving for both. I treat both a vast range of psychiatric conditions and help those who wish to better understand themselves and their relationships. My areas of interest include anxiety, depression, whole body health, coping with medical illness, and addiction medicine. I will formulate a customized treatment plan, which may include psychotherapy, medications, and behavioral techniques, to best care for your condition and meet your needs.

I embrace a collaborative approach with my patients. I want to provide knowledge and experience so as to empower my patients to make informed decisions about their available treatment options. My style is grounded in the mind-body connection by blending mindfulness, behaviors, and holistic interventions with medications.

The central concern of my work is mental suffering, it is universal, yet with unique roots for each of us. These are often confusing, even unknown. Harm may be inflicted upon our developing selves, and we may carry the pain outside of awareness. I seek to help with knowing, and with pain. Or we cannot figure out how to care for our particular bodies. They may have biological needs we cannot recognize, or again, carry hidden psychological wounds. I have trained also to help recognize and treat biological needs. I see mind and body as inextricably linked in the pursuit of health, peace, and meaning.

She also has extensive experience with medication management for eating disorders. Dr. Chmura is trained in both Child and Adolescent and Adult Psychiatry from UCSF and Stanford Universities. She uses a warm, holistic approach to treating every individual, couple, and family. Dr. Chmura is trained in a variety of therapeutic modalities, (CBT, DBT, Supportive). She is an expert on pharmacologic management for depression, anxiety, eating disorders, ADHD, and post-partum depression and anxiety.

My name is Jerry Gelbart. I was born in Cleveland, Ohio, went to college in Ann Arbor at the University of Michigan and received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. I attended medical school at Ohio State University, and trained in Psychiatry at UCLA. I’ve been in private practice for 30+ years. I have helped many people suffering from psychological symptoms with medication and firmly advocate biologic methods of treatment. I’ve had an even greater passion, however, for teaching people how to understand their emotions, and how to put that information to use to reduce problematic symptoms and find greater fulfillment in life.

Dr. Kamis is a caring, non- judgmental, empathic psychiatrist who practices medicine with an integrative approach. Unifying psychotherapy and medication management, as well as the crucial components of restorative sleep, consistent exercise, healthy diet, stress management, and mind-body practices such as meditation and mindfulness to optimize her patient’s health and performance. Dr. Kamis does not contract or negotiate with any insurance companies in her private practice.

I'm Toni, an accomplished healthcare professional, holding a Doctoral degree in Nursing Practice. Licensed in 39 states, I have certifications as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC) and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) from AANP and ANCC. My educational journey encompasses a Master's in Nursing (FNP) and a Bachelor's in Nursing. Additionally, I have diverse training, including ADN, LPN, and MA, providing me with a comprehensive foundation in healthcare. I serve as the VP of Nursing at Landmark Recovery. I lead strategic initiatives to ensure high-quality care and foster excellence in education and research.
