Dr Khosravi is an integrative psychiatrist who is board-certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in General Psychiatry. She is former OB/GYN specialist with more than 28 years experience in patient care. Her focus in on women's mental health and reproductive psychiatry. She believes in the potential of human beings and the fact that one treatment modality does not necessarily work for all human beings. She uses different treatment modalities and above all, she listens to all patients, try to understand every individual and collaborate with the patient to develop a personalized and research-based treatment.

Dr. Simon Faynboym was born in Ukraine and immigrated to California at a very young age. Growing up in California, he had a drive to serve the underprivileged and decided to become a physician. Dr. Faynboym currently practices Psychiatry and TMS at Neuro Wellness Spa. Dr. Faynboym earned two Bachelor of Science Degrees, his first in Genetics and the second in Food Biochemistry. He graduated in the top of his class and continued thereafter to get his masters training in Biomedical Sciences at Midwestern University for a year, before heading off to Medical School.

I am deeply passionate about mental health, particularly when it comes to treating bipolar disorders, trauma, and psychotic conditions. When it comes to working with patients, "curiosity" is my guiding principle. I partner with individuals to dig deep into what's troubling them and work together to set life-affirming treatment goals. Over time, I've embraced several care models, including the harm reduction model, which aims to lessen the negative impact of behaviors like substance abuse or self-harm, even if quitting altogether isn’t on the table yet.

Brittany is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Practitioner. She was born and raised in a small town in Missouri before she came to California as a travel nurse. Brittany has an extensive critical care background as well as a background in psychiatry and addiction medicine, and she believes in staying up-to-date with all the newest technology and medications to find what truly works best for her patients. Having trained in large metropolitan areas as well as rural communities, it is her passion to provide affordable, quality mental health care to those in all areas.

I have experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings. I work with adolescents and adults ages 17 and up. I have provided direct services through Cedars-Sinai Hospital, USC, and other major neuropsychiatric departments for psychiatric evaluation and medication management for patients with mental health disorders, neurology, neurosurgery, oncology, and critical care.
