My mission is the offering of compassion and professional support to those struggling on the inside. I welcome clients seeking help with issues related to stress, depression, anxiety, attention and focus, mood swings, past trauma, or those who are facing other types of unsettling feelings or inward experiences. I offer a safe and secure space to speak freely and voice private thoughts, feelings, and concerns. I enjoy working with clients of all ages and backgrounds and appreciate the uniqueness of each person’s mental, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and physical needs.
After conducting a diagnostic assessment, I partner with my clients to co-create a personalized treatment plan, utilizing modalities that resonate with the individual. This may be talk therapy, prescribing medications, or a combination of both. I am open and encouraging of incorporating alternative, cultural, or spiritual practices as desired by the client.
