I am a dual board-certified physician who practices psychiatry and integrative medicine, a mom to a child with autoimmunity, and a patient who experienced decades of chronic pain, brain fog, and frustration as I navigated our healthcare system from both sides. I am board-certified in psychiatry and a graduate of the Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine's two-year Fellowship. I founded Dara Wellness to expand the Integrative Psychiatry model to all areas of the Gulf Coast. Dara is Irish for oak, a reference to the Tree of Life. Dara Wellness embraces it as a symbol of one’s whole health:mind, body, & spirit.
