Accepting new clients! As a PMHNP I am looking to grow my new Telehealth practice with clients who are unable to be seen at an in-person clinic. Providing visits via Telehealth allows clients the flexibility of conducting their visits virtually anywhere without the hassle of waiting for months to be seen by an in-person provider, all while still obtaining the same benefits, and with the same goal in mind, of improving mental health disorders.

I specialize in medication management for an array of many different mental health disorders including but not limited to depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and insomnia. Holding my DEA allows me more opportunities for the types of medications I am able to prescribe for specific diagnoses.

I like to provide an open, honest, laid-back, stress-free approach to treatment. I mainly focus on medication management, while providing CBT throughout each session as needed. I want my clients to feel comfortable and know they are in a judge-free environment. With the hopes of leaving each session more improved than the last.

Medication management

I focus on creating medication and treatment plans specific to each individual. I also focus on overlapping manifestations and getting to the root cause of their symptoms, as many times what may appear to be multiple diagnoses, may in fact, just be one specific disorder. My main best practice is to start low and go slow, using the least amount of medication possible for as long as possible.
