Mental and emotional difficulties are real and can greatly limit our functioning. At Holistic health and psychiatry, we believe in a multidimensional approach in managing mental health. Our practitioners collaborate to offer therapeutic interventions including medication management and various therapy approaches to assist individuals with mental health difficulties.
We specialize in managing a wide range of mental and emotional difficulties including anxiety, depression, attention deficit disorder, bipolar disorder, insomnia, obsessive-compulsive behaviors, post traumatic disorder, grief and eating disorder.
Our providers are board certified psychiatric nurse practitioners (PMHNP-BC) and have completed advanced education and training to provide psychiatric services through brief therapeutic interventions and the prescription of psychiatric medications.
