I focus on the whole person, not a diagnosis. I take a trauma-informed approach my patients and look at mental illness as the result of the many difficult experiences that my patients have experienced. I understand the importance of lifestyle factors including the role of nutrition and exercise. In addition to prescribing psychiatric medications, I also offer transcranial magnetic stimulation using NeuroStar and ketamine (Spravato), two evidence-based modalities for treatment-resistant depression
I have experience in treating depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, and PTSD. I also provide psychotherapy and have training in CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy. I offer ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (Spravato) and transcranial magnetic stimulation.
