Hello, my name is Sara. I am a dedicated, compassionate, trauma informed medical professional who strives for patient advocacy.
I began my career as a Registered Nurse after graduating from Curry College in Milton, MA in 2014, and went on to earn my Family Nurse Practitioner degree in 2018, followed by a Post-Master’s Certificate in Psychiatry in 2024—both from the University of Saint Joseph in West Hartford, CT.
I am a well rounded provider having education and professional experience in both internal/cardiac medicine, and psychiatry which allows me to take a comprehensive and holistic approach to care.
My approach includes intervening with prescription medication, nutraceuticals/supplements, therapy, diet, lifestyle, and more. The mind/body connection phenomena is addressed in efforts to support both psychiatric and other medical conditions. I strive to provide individualized care and support patients in making informed decisions about their health.
My ultimate goal is to improve quality of life in addition to provide additional insight, and support, in a safe environment. I want you to feel seen, heard, validated, and empowered.
