Hi there. I am Sydney Rosen, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with Hirt Psychology. Finding the right medication can be a game changer. I am an expert at helping individuals discover the medication that works best for their body and brain chemistry. I offer psychiatric medication management and evaluation. I am collaborative and if needed can communicate with other people that are a part of your care team such as other doctors or family members.
The right medication is not a cure all; BUT, it will make life much more manageable and bring people back to feeling like themselves and more in control of their emotions, thoughts and/or executive functioning. your input being essential to the process. My goal is to provide the tools, a medication regimen that works, and support needed to create change.
