I work with children, adolescents and adults facing a wide range of emotional and psychiatric challenges, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, trauma, autism spectrum concerns, personality disorders, and difficulties with relationships, identity, or life transitions. My approach is thoughtful, collaborative, and individualized, with the goal of helping patients better understand themselves and feel more grounded, capable, and connected in their lives. I provide medication management and believe that treatment works best when it is tailored to the whole person rather than focused only on symptoms.
Some patients come seeking help with a specific issue such as anxiety or attention difficulties, while others may feel stuck in longstanding emotional patterns or overwhelmed by experiences that are difficult to make sense of alone. I aim to create a space where patients feel understood, respected, and able to speak openly about what they are going through.
For patients also receiving therapy at The Wise Center, I collaborate closely with our team of therapists to provide integrated and personalized care. I believe psychiatry and psychotherapy can be especially effective when they work together within the same treatment team and relationship.
