Based on an accurate diagnosis, I utilize a variety of tools, including medication, therapy, and lifestyle modification to help you reach your goals.

I provide psychiatric care for adults, age 18 and older. I treat a wide range of conditions including depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, adjustment disorder, psychosis, addiction and more.

I am adept in medication management and I have experience in several psychotherapeutic modalities include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing.
