Hi, I’m Lene and I'm here to help you feel more understood, supported, and at home within yourself. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, overstimulated, stuck in anxious thoughts, or exhausted from trying to “do it all,” I want you to know it’s okay to slow down and it’s okay to ask for support. I work with individuals navigating life with autism, ADHD, anxiety, OCD, eating disorders, and postpartum depression. Whether you’re trying to manage sensory overload, intrusive thoughts, body image struggles, or the invisible weight of new motherhood, I’ll meet you with compassion, patience, and care.

My goal is to create a space where you can be your full self, no masking, no judgment, no pressure to “fix” anything overnight. Together, we’ll explore what’s been keeping you stuck, learn tools that actually work for your brain and body, and begin building a life that feels more steady and more yours.

This is a space where you can exhale, feel seen, and begin to heal.
