As human beings, we have a million and one ways to hide our pain from the world. In many ways, that cloaking is protective and serves a real purpose. But, as time goes by, the pain or trauma begins to present in ways that we did not expect. Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, Acute Panic Attacks, Anger, and many more mental health challenges rear their heads and do not go away until we process the trauma and it begins to melt away.
I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who is able to bring my clients relief using talk therapy and medication management. I often perform some of my own testing to support my diagnosis, Together, we will work on a treatment plan and set some goals you wish to attain. I use medication management and other holistic measures to help my patients.
