I am a board-certified psychiatrist in West Los Angeles and co-founder of Wave Psychiatric Group — a physician-led psychiatric practice that provides integrated medication management and psychotherapy to adults, in person and via telehealth throughout California.
I completed my residency at the UCLA Neuropsychiatric (Semel) Institute, where I served as Chief Resident of Inpatient Psychiatric Services, and I continue as a Volunteer Assistant Clinical Professor of Psychiatry at UCLA.
My primary therapeutic approaches are Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy, psychoanalytic psychotherapy, and Internal Family Systems therapy. I have additional formal training in CBT, IPT, MBT, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, and psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy.
I work with adults across a wide range of psychiatric conditions, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, OCD, bipolar disorder, insomnia, personality disorders, and substance use disorders. I provide both medication management and psychotherapy, pending my schedule availability.
