I firmly believe mental and physical health are interconnected. While medications can be helpful, we often need more to truly thrive. That’s why I incorporate lifestyle interventions like nutrition, movement, sleep, and stress management into treatment plans, while also encouraging therapy as part of comprehensive care.
I am LGBTQIA+ affirming, trauma informed, and am committed to working with you as a team, helping you take charge of your mental health journey with guidance based on the most up-to-date knowledge and treatments. I’m always happy to collaborate with your therapist if desired to ensure you feel fully supported.
Outside of work I enjoy stand up paddle boarding, spending time with my husband and two rescue great danes, weight lifting, and camping.
