Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, burnout, or simply don't feel like yourself, you'll find a supportive, collaborative space where your concerns are heard and treatment is tailored to your individual needs. I do this work because I genuinely value it, and I strive to be the kind of provider I would choose for my own family members.
I work with teens and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, stress, and burnout. I have a special interest in women’s mental health, reproductive and perinatal mental health. I have received advanced training in perinatal mood disorders and psychopharmacology through Postpartum Support International.
As a Board-Certified PMHNP, I provide evaluations, diagnosis, medication management, and supportive psychotherapy. I want our appointments to feel calm and comfortable, never rushed. Your questions are welcome, your concerns matter, and my hope is that after our first appointment, you’ll leave thinking, “I’m really glad I did that.”
