As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), I provide compassionate, evidence-based care for children, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, mood disorders, and other mental health challenges. My approach combines medication management with supportive psychotherapy, education, and practical coping strategies to help patients feel understood, empowered, and emotionally stable.
