Hello! Here's a little about me... I am a board certified psychiatric nurse practitioner that believes we were made to be able to heal naturally. I utilize more of a holistic approach in treatment, and I am dedicated to supporting individuals and/or families looking for a more natural approach or are ready to try something new! I love learning about my clients, being very supportive, and individualizing their goals/plans. I also offer support for mommas/families in pre/post pregnancy wellness into toddlerhood. Sometimes we just need someone to listen...help support us...and meet right where YOU are! You are the driver of your life!
I utilize a variety of alternative treatments and counseling techniques to address and manage the root problem of mental health symptoms. If you are feeling stuck, felt like you have tried everything, or if you are new to treatment, know there is always hope in healing with your belief and my practice. I offer in-person or telehealth for your comfort.
