I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with more than 30 years of healthcare experience. I provide compassionate and evidence-based care to improve their mental health, emotional well-being, and overall quality of life. Many of my clients come to me feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, stuck, or uncertain about how to move forward. My goal is to create a supportive, judgment-free environment where we work together to help you achieve lasting mental wellness. Together, we identify the underlying factors contributing to distress and develop a personalized treatment plan.
I work with adolescents, adults, and older adults who are experiencing challenges related to anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, ADHD, insomnia, mood disorders, life transitions, relationship concerns, and workplace burnout. I have a special interest in supporting women navigating perimenopause and menopause.
I understand that reaching out for help can feel difficult. My goal is to help clients gain insight, build resilience, develop practical tools for managing symptoms, and regain confidence to navigate life's challenges. Through a collaborative partnership, I help clients move from surviving to thriving while working toward meaningful, lasting change.
