I started Ascend Integrative Mental Health to create a compassionate, collaborative space where people feel genuinely heard, supported, and empowered in their mental health journey. I work with individuals who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, OCD, bipolar disorder, or racing thoughts that interfere with daily life.
