I specialize in trauma-informed, holistic psychiatry working primarily with neurodivergence, trauma, borderline personality disorder, functional neurological disorder, chronic illness/pain, and OCD. I offer frequent, more in-depth visits so we can explore the things that truly matter like your relationships, identity, life transitions, and the stressors that impact your well-being. My treatment plans are tailored to the whole person, blending medication management with functional and integrative wellness, psychotherapy, nutrition, additional lab testing & lifestyle approaches to help you thrive.

I’m a board-certified Physician Associate with a Certificate of Added Qualifications in Psychiatry. I studied at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science in Chicago, IL. I have extensive leadership experience in psychiatry and a strong interest in psychopharmacology, which allows me to offer effective and evidence-based medication management.
