Hi, I'm Heather, a Nurse Practitioner for people who are interested in optimizing their mental health during the transitions to early adulthood. I especially enjoy working with clients during the transitions to college and pregnancy and parenting and have additional training and certification with these populations. Depression, anxiety, irritability, mood swings, or general feelings of being overwhelmed, can lead to physical and emotional symptoms. These struggles affect self-confidence, relationships, and overall well-being.
I can help you better understand what you can do to safely and effectively find your path to wellness with evidence-based medication management that is tailored to your unique needs. Conditions I treat include depression, generalized anxiety, bipolar, OCD, social anxiety, PTSD, and ADHD. I do not prescribe controlled substances.
I offer longer appointments and comprehensive assessments so that we can take the time to create the best plan for you, including brief therapy interventions at every appointment. I am an out-of-network provider and will make it easy for you to understand and use your out-of-network benefits. I look forward to working with you!
