Welcome to Inside Out Psychiatry & Wellness. I’m Heather Fazekas, ARNP, PMHNP-BC, a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I’ve worked in the mental health field since 2017 in both inpatient and outpatient settings, supporting clients through times of crisis and recovery. Now, as a practicing NP, I provide evidence-based psychiatric care that blends psychotherapy, medication management, and holistic support to address how symptoms impact daily life and promote healing from the inside out.
