I'm Dr. Heather Blondin and as a psychiatrist, I’m passionate about helping people understand and manage their mental health in a way that feels empowering. Life can be overwhelming at times, and I truly believe that with the right guidance, everyone has the capacity to heal and thrive. While everyone is welcome, I particularly enjoy working with women, college students, healthcare professionals, those with chronic illnesses, and people navigating life transitions.
As a board-certified psychiatrist, I am able to offer a number of mental health treatment options, including medication management. Even if you are not sure you want to take medication (or want to learn more), reach out! We can also incorporate therapy techniques, lifestyle modifications, mindfulness, accountability, and goal-setting into your appointments.
