In my practice, I use a holistic approach to wellbeing. I help patients who are interested in exploring traditional psychiatric medication in tandem with alternative, and energy medicine. I ask the question: what disrupts your connection with yourself and the world around you? Whether the cause for the disconnect be traumatic events, bouts of depression. persistent anxiety or the inability to cope. Together, we will find the issue/block that is troubling you as a whole person. We view wellbeing as a combination of the heart, mind and body.

Whether that be regaining their physical energy, building healthy relationships or simply finding fulfillment and meaning in the day-to-day life. Our goal is to provide you the support to empower you to be your best self in all aspects of life.
Having graduated as a nurse in 1985, my career began in surgical intensive care and grew into a nurse executive. A passion was for enriching the lives of those around my sphere of influence. Bringing to our sessions, years of life experience and wisdom. This journey is a partnership.
