Heart and Soul Community Counseling, Inc. has been serving the mental health needs of New York for 30 years. We have three offices in Babylon and Wantagh and in East Quogue, NY. Heart and Soul is staffed with psychiatric nurse practitioners, marriage and family therapists, clinical social workers and licensed mental health counselors. The center offers therapy, medication mangement, genetic testing for medicine, drama workshops, education and training of staff through local universities and an animal friendly environement. All this makes Heart and Soul a progressive and competent center.
For most mental health issues, a combination of therapy and medication offer the best results. We offer medication managment covered by insurance, most of the time, and if its not we offer reasonable out of pocket rates. If you agree to genetic testing we can go over with you the results and together decide on the best medicine to help you recover.
After serving the community for 30 years we are aware of the road blocks and frustrations that come with getting competent mental health treatment. We strive to deal with those roadblocks in an effective way. Our administrative staff is friendly, caring and attentive. Our clinical staff does their best to help you feel at ease, taken care of and important.
