I provide medication management and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy for trauma, anxiety, and stress. I work with children, adolescents, and adults. For children, I offer medication management and supportive care tailored to developmental needs, and for adults, I provide short-term EMDR-focused therapy and EMDR Intensives (private pay) for deeper trauma healing.
In-person sessions are available by appointment in Baltimore. Telehealth is offered to clients in Maryland and other states where I hold licensure (DC &NY).
I integrate medication and trauma-focused therapy to address both the biological and emotional dimensions of wellness. Whether you're seeking symptom relief, trauma processing, or a blend of both, we’ll design a plan together.
