As a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) practicing in both Arizona and Oregon, I’m here to help you understand what’s been happening beneath the surface. So often, people don’t realize what these challenges feel like in the moment, or how they’ve played out over time. I will explain and walk with you on this journey.
I have experience working with adolescents and adults. My focus areas are anxiety, depression, OCD, mood disorders, ADHD, as well as genetic testing evaluation. I believe each individual is unique and will provide compassionate and respectful care in a safe environment. It's my personal mission to be with you as you take the courageous first step.
