We are passionate about mental health and love helping people with many different mental health disorders, such as ADHD, depression, anxiety, trauma, sleep disorders, substance use disorders, eating disorders, panic disorders, and stress. The journey toward mental health can be long and we are here with you for that journey.
As a psychiatric nurse practitioner I am trained in assessment, diagnosis, clarification, medication management, and therapy, and I approach issues holistically. I want to come alongside you and help you become who you were made to be. Sometimes this involves medications, therapy, diet, exercise, or some combination of those things.
