In my practice, I tailor interventions to suit clients' specific needs and strengths. Clients examine their assumptions, challenge critical thoughts, implement new behaviors, re-enact difficult situations, receive constructive guidance, practice relaxation techniques, and make informed decisions about medications. In addition, I help parents understand and respond effectively to their child's challenging behaviors.
I am qualified to help children, teens, parents, and adults on their journey to mental wellness. I completed my general psychiatric training at Harvard Medical School and my child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship at Emory University School of Medicine.
