I offer both in-person and virtual visits. I am a unique provider for you in several ways. I have 25 years experience! I offer medication and psychotherapy visits. Also, I am an author and give all new patients a signed copy of my Amazon bestseller, "Prescription For Positivity." It focuses on stress management strategies. I am honored to help people with some of their deepest needs. I reach out to people who have depression, anxiety, bipolar, and addiction issues. They are feeling stuck. They can't make progress in their life, or there is great personal distress. In any case, I am here to help!
Looking online, it can be confusing to find a provider physically located in your area! I am physically located in Fort Collins, CO. In-person visits are required by Colorado rules to start some medication for ADD issues. I provide those. I have a warm and welcoming waiting area and staff, so people can feel supported in what might be a difficult time.
I've been helping people overcome these kinds of issues for over 20 years. It is rewarding for my patients to refine so many strengths they didn't even know they had! They might learn meditation or communication skills. Some learn deep self acceptance. Others might use medication I provide when psychological change isn't enough. All these are empowering!
