I provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management for adults in Chicago and throughout Illinois. Many of my patients are professionals, students, and caregivers experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, burnout, PMDD, or a major life transition. Some are seeking their first thorough evaluation, while others have tried treatment but still feel something has been overlooked. I have a particular interest in adult ADHD in women whose symptoms were missed earlier in life.
Care begins with a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation by telehealth or in person in Chicago (ADHD evaluations start in person). I take time to understand your symptoms, history, medications, and goals. Treatment may include medication management, thoughtful deprescribing when appropriate, lifestyle recommendations, and labs when clinically indicated.
I am a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with 11 years of experience. My clinical interests include anxiety, depression, adult ADHD, PMDD, and deprescribing. Harborlight Psychiatric is a private-pay practice offering telehealth throughout Illinois and in-person visits in Chicago. Patients must be in Illinois during each visit.
