I am a dual board certified psychiatric and family nurse practitioner. I’ve worked in a wide range of settings—from ICU, ED, home care, long-term care, hospitalist roles, and private practice. These experiences shaped my approach to a more compassionate, collaborative and focused care entirely on you. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, insomnia, ASD, ADHD or another mental health condition, I’m here to help you regain hope and achieve lasting wellness.
