Hi! I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I am currently accepting new clients for both in-person and online appointments. I provide psychiatric evaluation and medication management to adults and older adults. I have experience working with individuals with a variety of mental health needs. I specialize in treatment-resistant depression and can provide deep TMS, esketamine (Spravato) and NeurOptimal neurofeedback treatments in-office.
I believe psychotherapy to be an integral part of the healing process and would be happy to collaborate with your primary therapist. Although my primary focus is medication management, I like to incorporate aspects of CBT, supportive therapy, lifestyle interventions, and mindfulness-based stress reduction into my practice.
I am committed to work with each client to develop a treatment plan that is suitable to their unique needs and preferences. Reaching out for help can be hard.
