Though trained in psychiatric diagnostics and medication management, you will find that - when working with me - those are only two (small!) slices of the pie. I am more than willing to explore alternative and complementary options to better meet your individual needs while honoring your goals and values. Some options may include metabolic therapy, such as a ketogenic diet; genetic testing for the "best" medication trial; and bloodwork for nutritional deficiencies - among many others. I am committed to researching and exploring all possibilities for the sake of your wellbeing. No cookie cutters; no one-size-fits-all. Just YOU.
Due to the nature of our visits (outpatient/virtual), I am comfortable seeing individuals who are highly motivated to make positive changes in their lives. No one is perfect; I ask that you be willing to look beneath the surface and dare to believe in the possibility for change.
