-Hi there! I am a psychiatric nurse practitioner with a passion for providing mental health care to my clients. I have many areas of interest including substance use disorders, anxiety/mood disorders, and eating disorders. I practice from a Health at Every Size (HAES)/body positivity lens when caring for my patients and also believe in incorporating holistic care into treatment. I work with patients across the lifespan with a focus on the young adult population.
Working together, we will identify your goals of treatment and provide you with the support you need to work toward those goals. I am proud to come from a strong acute care background as a bedside nurse. It has taught me the importance of thorough assessments and helps me to understand the medical side of psychiatric care.
