I am trained in cognitive behavioral therapy. I use a combination of incorporating my clients beliefs, mindful repeated positive self affirmations plus medication .
Anxiety/Depression/Autism/ADHD in children and adolescents. Adults are also welcome. I offer diagnostic biopsychosocial assessment and evaluations/Medication management if needed. I collaborate with my patient's pediatricians, schools, therapists. A feedback meeting/labs pulling together my results and try to match them up with best interventions,CBT/DBT.
