I work primarily with patients dealing with stress, trauma, or mood disturbances related to a variety of factors.
I offer medication management as well as some psychotherapy. I am a minimalist when it comes to medications - my goal is always to enable patients to engage with healthy coping tools and behaviors. When selecting medications, we will have a thorough discussion of the pros and cons of available options so you receive the most ideal treatment.
I practice psychodynamic psychopharmacology. This is an approach to medication management that combines evidence-based use of medication with careful consideration of a person’s developmental history and patterns in their behaviors, feelings, and relationships.
