I am a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner dedicated to helping clients feel more balanced, confident, and in control of their mental health. I provide compassionate, evidence-based care and work collaboratively with you to create a treatment plan that fits your life and goals. I work primarily with adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, and PTSD who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or burned out. Many of my clients are trying to juggle a lot and want support that feels practical, compassionate, and realistic for their lives. I began working in psychiatry in 2016 and quickly discovered a passion for supporting mental health. I enjoy building meaningful connections with my patients and find it deeply rewarding to see the progress and growth that comes with the right treatment.
