Then I learned about functional medicine—and everything shifted. My patients really started getting better once I began implementing what I learned.
I find root causes through gut, nutrient, and toxin testing—because the brain and body are connected. I safely reduce meds when possible by fixing imbalances first.
For women in the peri- and menopause years, I utilize bioidentical hormones.
For kids/teens, I target physical causes of mood/focus issues. No cookie-cutter care—every plan is personalized.
