With over 15 years experience in psychiatric nursing, as a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner I specialize in treating: Complex PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder), ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, and those with histories of narcissistic abuse. I am an advocate for the LGBTQIA community.
I firmly believe you know your body best, will listen to you, and will work with your needs and priorities in the development of your treatment plan. I am passionate about using therapies that heal the body and nervous system in addition to more traditional talk therapies and medication management.
I incorporate my personal experience as a working mother of 2 school-aged kids into my practice. My favorite days are slow days here on the farm with my kids enjoying nature and watching the shenanigans of our chickens, duck, guinea fowl, 3 cats and our dog Roxy. Creativity, Nature, and spirituality have been key to my healing, growth and mental health.
