My name is Guy Onuoha, DNP, PMHNP-BC. I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience providing comprehensive mental health care to individuals across the lifespan. I earned a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree with a specialization in Psychiatric-Mental Health from The College of St. Scholastica. Prior to advanced practice, he served as a registered nurse in a variety of psychiatric settings, including the inpatient psychiatric units at St. Joseph’s Hospital and Unity Hospital, the Community Options Intensive Residential Treatment Center, and Anoka Metro Regional Treatment Center.
I am passionate about mental health education and advocacy. He strives to raise awareness, promote understanding, and ensure that individuals and families never feel alone in their journey toward recovery.
