My path to psychiatric care started long before most. I trained as a Medical Doctor in Cuba and spent nearly a decade practicing medicine with specialties in Internal Medicine and Pathology before building a new chapter in the United States. I went on to earn my FNP-C, PMHNP-BC, and Doctorate in Nursing Practice, accumulating over a decade of dedicated psychiatric experience across both inpatient and outpatient settings. That breadth of foundational medical training, paired with deep psychiatric specialization, gives me a perspective few clinicians can offer.

I treat adolescents, adults, and older adults across a wide range of mental health conditions, from a first episode to long-term diagnosis management. Whether you are navigating mood disorders, trauma, ADHD, or psychosis, you can expect steady and grounded care rooted in years of real-world practice.
