We are ready to help! Our team consists of a nurse practitioner and dietitian with a combined 14 years of experience.
We provide mental health assessments, medication management and nutrition/lifestyle coaching for an array psychological and physical disorders. Additional services upon request include remote computerized ADHD testing, bariatric surgery readiness evaluations, grocery store tours, GeneSight testing, and medical cannabis certifications.
