Fiona is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner that treats psychiatric conditions in children, adolescents, and adults. She obtained her undergraduate degree in Nursing from Pennsylvania State University and her post-masters degree from Monmouth University. From there, she has been a dedicated psychiatric nurse at various hospitals, a few being Hoboken University Medical Center, Hoboken Community Center, Princeton University Medical Center EDU and Hackensack Meridian Hospital.

Hello, I am pleased to offer evening hours to my patients. I am Dr. Frazier, a board-certified Adult psychiatrist, who is completing fellowship training in Child & Adolescent psychiatry. I follow the biopsychosocial (biological, psychological and social determinants) model, as my approach to understanding a patient’s mental health needs and determining how best to treat each unique individual.

Dr. Claudette L. Blake-Tonge, DNP, APRN, PMHNP-BC, MSN, BSN, RN is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She specializes in psychiatric diagnostic assessments, medication management, treatment for anxiety, depression, bipolar, self-esteem management and psychotherapy. Her education includes a Doctorate in Nursing Practice, a Post Masters Certificate as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, a Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Clinical Management, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
