Dr. Mark Chofla is a board-certified psychiatrist and physician who completed his specialty residency training at the Los Angeles County + University of Southern California Medical Center. After receiving his Bachelor of Science degree in Neurobiology, Physiology, and Behavior from the University of California at Davis, Dr. Chofla earned his medical degree from Midwestern University: Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine.

Dr. Sina Safahieh hails from Austin, Texas. He obtained his medical degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch and completed an adult psychiatry residency, and child & adolescent fellowship at UC Irvine. Dr. Safahieh graduated with highest honors with a BBA in Business Management from the University of Texas at Austin. He is currently in private practice with offices in Newport Beach and Mission Viejo. Dr. Safahieh is fluent in Farsi and conversational Spanish

I am experienced in treating both adults and children with the use of Psychoanalytic methods. I use the object relations approaches of Klein, Winnicott and Bion. In child therapy, I engage children on a deep level through play, dreams, art and conversation. With adults, I use free association, night and day dreams. My object is to expose patients to their primitive, deep anxieties allowing them to work through their troubled minds, facilitating internal growth and development, and positive social interactions. I also work with mothers and babies having bonding difficulties. My practice is busy so use email for best results.

With over 15 years of experience in major US cities, Dr. Ma has worked extensively with adult patients of 21-64, in many outpatient and hospital settings. She holds faculty position at UCSD and Chief of staff at SharpHealth, directs several outpatient programs at major San Diego hospitals and has privileges in several regional health systems, can accept pt anywhere in the state.

Dr. Stephany Lavigne, a distinguished Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice with honors from the University of South Alabama. With over a decade of experience, she has excelled in forensic psychiatry at Metropolitan State Hospital, caring for patients under penal codes and conservatorship. Dr. Lavigne has also demonstrated her commitment in diverse outpatient settings, providing quality mental health care.

Brynn Bailey MS, PA-C, has been practicing psychiatry over the last 10 years. She is passionate about helping her patients optimize their health, wellbeing, & happiness through a compassionate & comprehensive approach to treatment. Brynn is a careful listener & collaborates with her patients to formulate a treatment plan that addresses each person's unique needs & leverages their strengths & capabilities. Dr. Oh received his Bachelor of Science in Psychobiology from the University of California, Riverside and Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Azusa Pacific University.

I have been a psychiatrist in Orange County for over 40 years. This means I've seen just about everything and know what works. Being committed to high quality treatment, I evaluate patients' issues and their causes quickly, and am dedicated to working efficiently to resolve problems that negatively impact my patients' lives.
