MY NEW YORK PRACTICE IS TELEPSYCHIATRY ONLY. You must meet criteria for on-line sessions, but may live anywhere in the state of New York.I provide psychiatric & psychopharmacological assessment & treatment for adolescents & young adults.I appreciate a collaborative approach with individuals, their parents, & their therapist, focusing on how each might currently be suffering, directing each to the treatment that best suits their needs. Each individual will be an active participant in treatment planning with success & understanding as goals.

My experience blends that of pediatric critical care, psychopharmacology, & psychodynamic training to my psychiatric practice. I utilize HIPAA complaint, secure encrypted video appointments or "tele-psychiatry". Tele-psychiatry clients should be adults or adult-accompanied adolescents who have been individually screened.

This option makes it easier to fit appointments into busy schedules and helps maintain consistency, key to successful treatment. Clients must have a basic knowledge of computers and a consistent home setting to conduct sessions that meet HIPAA standards.
