I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 10 years of direct patient care experience. Using an evidence-based, holistic approach, I specialize in the treatment of a wide range of mental health conditions including ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, OCD, Insomnia, and other mood disorders. I pride myself in tailoring each session to individual needs, and ensuring that each client feels their concerns are being addressed.
I provide 60 minute psychiatric evaluations for new clients and 30 minute follow-up appointments. I utilize both talk therapy and medication management to get you well.
