I have experience with many mental health disorders such as Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, ADHD, and insomnia. As a provider with a medical background I have clear insight on the close correlation between mental and physical health.
I want my patients to know they are in the drivers seat of their treatment plan. I work from a patient-centered approach, and always ensure my clients play an active role in creating action steps. I always advocate for my patients and will help in any way I can to make a positive impact on whatever they may be struggling with.
